Introduction#

Welcome to Queuey, a smart queueing platform for restaurants and bars, owned and operated by Articue Tech Limited ("Articue," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using Queuey — including our mobile app, website, and related services ("Services") — you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using Queuey. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Scope of Agreement#

These Terms apply to all users of Queuey, including:

• Guests who join or manage queues at partner venues.
• Partner Venues (restaurants, bars, or event organizers) who use Queuey to manage waitlists, reservations, and communications.

Eligibility#

You must be at least 18 years old to use Queuey. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Use of Services#

You agree to use Queuey only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

1. Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
2. Attempt to interfere with Queuey's systems or security.
3. Use Queuey for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
4. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute Queuey's software without permission.

Accounts and Security#

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Articue is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or policy violations.

Partner Venues#

If you represent a restaurant, bar, or other venue:

• You agree to use Queuey in compliance with all applicable licensing, food, and safety regulations.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you display to guests, including queue times, availability, and pricing.
• Articue reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate venue access in cases of misuse, fraud, or customer complaints.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Fees#

• Certain Queuey features for partner venues may require payment or a subscription.
• All fees are displayed before purchase and are billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or specified otherwise by Articue Tech Limited.
• Articue may revise pricing with prior notice.

Communications#

By using Queuey, you agree to receive communications related to your queue status, updates, and account activity via WhatsApp, email, or other channels.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe links or contacting hello@articue.io.

Intellectual Property#

All intellectual property rights in Queuey — including software, logos, designs, and trademarks — are owned by Articue Tech Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Queuey's intellectual property without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content#

If you submit content (e.g., feedback, reviews, or venue information):

• You grant Articue a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content to operate and promote Queuey.
• You confirm that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Articue reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability#

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Articue Tech Limited and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use Queuey.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of queue times, availability, or information provided by partner venues.
• Queuey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification#

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Articue Tech Limited, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Queuey or violation of these Terms.

Termination#

Articue may suspend or terminate your access to Queuey at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform, its users, or partners.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before that date.

Changes to These Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or in the app.

Continued use of Queuey after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction#

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
